Wedding day~ <3

Congratulations to the newlyweds~
It was really tiring in the lead up to the wedding and on the wedding day itself. And nope, i'm definitely not the one getting married. Haha~ I guess, if the bride walking down the aisle isn't someone close to you, like really really close, it just probably feels beautiful. But when this person is, it felt really different. It was really surreal watching my cousin walking down the aisle. I kept trying to hold back my tears so i wouldn't ruin my make up. hahaha!  it feels like you're really happy she's got someone to be there for her now, like a fairytale with a happy ending and you can finally see the princess and the prince being together after being miles apart from each other. Especially since LDR usually don't work but they managed to made till the end, it was really... touching. When they were reading their vows, it was such a magical moment. Wonder how it feels like... You're still you and nothing's really changed except your title, but it just feels so... Wow. And i think i really agree... That all brides look really pretty on their wedding day. :) It was a happy ending to a their singles lives and a great start to their new lives together. Can't wait to fly over and crash their place! :D YAY~

Here's how it went:
Blame it on myself for going to bed late the night before, and i woke up in shock! Hahaha literally ran around my house to get stuff to stayover for the night since I only had an hour to get myself ready to head out, pack my stuff for the day and the night, pack my stuff for the wedding, and pack my stuff for birthday dinner at night, and iron my dresses! But it turns out that they got crumply anyways when i reach the hotel! ;<

Collected the wedding gown was first on the agenda. And after, we headed to check in at Bayhotel. It was pretty disappointing because... The room was horribly small. :/ but they changed the room for us  (though it was still small and had a musky smell) and got us a clothes hanger and steam iron. The bathroom had a sliding door that couldn't be locked and was partitioned from the 'bedroom' with frosted glass and... thank god we were both females. Haha I think it's a hotel more suited for couples to get cosy and comfortable, or probably small familes
Until then, the bride was going into a panic attack what with her complexion getting worse... :O While i was just super hungry! Was suppopse to study during my free time but i had to do my nails. :( I was like super lazy and reluctant already. But, no choice! :/ Think i was like an aunty that day, i zoomed to the seats immediately when i see any and just sat and close my eyes. Hahaha just wanted to take a nap so badly! I was so tired that i could almost feel a fever coming! :<
Got back to the hotel and just lazed around like a good for nothing feller. :X Did the minimal that was necessary before heading to bed. I kept waking up in the middle of the night. I think the bedsheets or something wasn't very clean because i kept feeling really itchy all over my body. I super dislike it when it gets warm and cold. Haha! It got warm when i'm under the duvets, and when i don't cover myself, it's cold. Hahaha what a troublesome girl i am. :X looking on the bright side, if i slept too comfortably, i might not have been able to wake up that early. That aside, i enjoyed showering with the shower head above my head! :D

Next day, it all begins! I had my hair and make up done super early in the morning! It's been ages since i got up at that time! Mom looking like a beauty! :D Looking at the pictures now, i think i look really really tan!!! Oh my god! Can't decide if i like it this way or my fairer self. :/ okay, back to the topic. Mom, relatives and the other bridesmaid came over to the hotel to get theirs done as well. And the room was quite small, so Patricia-person in charge of hair and make up, requested for a bigger space to get things done, and the hotel staff kindly offered us a room to do our hair and makeup, they were really nice. They didn't know that we were preparing for the wedding, otherwise, they would have given us an even bigger room. But it's okay. (And i forgot to return the hotel room key back to them. :X and i passed it to the bride as her souvenir, hope they don't mind. :X)

We were done eventually, but everything was in a mess since we were late and supposed to be at the church already but we were still packing up our stuff and settling the check out! :O and when we reached the church, was kinda confused bout our duties, and couldn't find the flowers so i jus plucked one stalk! Hahaha and managed to walk down the aisle before the music ends! *PHEW*

The father was really serious, hahaha he got abit irritated with the photographer and wanted him to back away when he was talking. Hahaha This was the super emotional part of the wedding, the exchanging of vows, rings, and all. Too emotional to observe my surroundings. :P
After all that, headed to Sheraton hotel for the banquet. Felt a little shorthanded and confused cause i think i was suppose to be doing this and that but i wasn't sure too. :/ i think i'm really a bad bridesmaid. :< and after going here and there, couldn't wait to eat!!! I was super duper uber hungry by that time! Some of my friends were there to share the special day too! :D and it was also the first time  meeting the best man, and the groom's entourage. They're really a group of really fun loving people that were always ready to party and chill. :)

<3
It was a loooong and tiring, yet happy and blissful day. To top it off, had a nice dinner with the birthday boy. :) I feel bad for not being able to spend his day in a more special way, but i really tried my best to make plans. :/ and with some luck, nothing abrupt crop up and everything went smoothly. :) Pity we forgot to take a photo together! :'< Oh! And i super loooove the butter chicken and the naan!

 Post wedding dinner feast! :D
The next day, i just lay in bed and slept my day away when i should have been studying. :/ i really can't manage my play, studies, and sleep well. Now, i'm yawning all the time. zZz And after sleeping in the whole day, i ate. Alot. ;) Salted egg yolk prawns, coffee pork ribs(good!), kailan, marmite chicken(super yummy!), youtiao, kangkong, deer meat(really soft and can't tell that it's deer meat at all), chilli crab(of course it's good!!!), black pepper crab(always a yes!) and claypot tofu.

All i can say is, it was a weekend full of love. :) And why do i always choose the wrong timing to get caught up in dramas? :< Oh and, I need to get back to working out!!!
Okay bye~
