Decided to curl my locks!
The guests started coming in around 5ish and we had truckloads of fun and laughter, AND FOOD!! We had the Reunion usual; STEAMBOAT!!!
Really happy as my cousin, Jasmine who has been in Hong Kong since forever was back with her family to celebrate this festive occasion with us. A pity she won't be around for long, she went back to Hong Kong On Wednesday. Ended Reunion dinner and catch up around 9ish. Wanted to head to bed early to prepare for Day one the follwing day, but it wasn't easy cos' me no have boyf with me that night. It was a 回娘家 day.
初一
For every Day One in the morning, all my relatives will come to my house to bai nian with my Popo. We had the usual Cantonese style breakfast, 腊鸭粥 and some starchy seafood noodles (I don't know what that dish is called).

Later part of Chu Yi, we headed to Bedok to visit my paternal granny. Hate the travelling distance and time to Bedok area. But for Grandma, I CAN TAHAN!

As you all can see, boyf's a hardcore gambler. was quite pissed cos he played too big. My heart was thumping like trance_|_
He played 'In Between' and called for 'All' when the pool of money was like Whoa. But thank god he won that 'ALL' Phew~
Funny was that my aunt took so many pictures and he appeared in almost every picture as the banker for 'Ban Luck'. She said' Don't bully Jia Wen or make me angry or i will hand these pictures to the police. All have your face in it' LOL

So the card games and mahjong went on till late. We left earlier and headed home to see Kirby boy for a lil' while before heading back to his place.

Woke up really early on Tuesday to have Tim Sum breakfast with Boyf's family and his Godpa's Family. 红星酒楼at Chin Swee Road. It was really crowded!! Food was alright, but company was great!
Went dating after breakfast, watched Die Hard. Been awhile since we dated. Cos' Boyf has been busy with work. Anyways, Die Hard was SO DAMN GOOD! My body was in intense mode almost 3/4 of the show! Super exciting action flick with twists and turns. Next, third day of visiting: Cousin, Hazel's Place.
Sleepy boy is forever sleepy. Hence, entertained myself a little while on the way to Punggol.

This Lunar New Year was overall good! Lots of good food and great company! I'm thankful for all these wonderful family members. Time to get down with serious work in a few days' time. And not forgetting some workout to lose them weight gained from my insatiable appetite and sweet tooth syndrome >:(
